Can I take prednisone 5mg once a week on long term basis? If yes will I still put on weight? What?

It does help me jus flare up my eczema wen m home n stressed

If you're only taking it once in a while you can do it indefinitely. If you are taking it every week, then your dr needs to be aware. I doubt it will do anything to you at that dose. (bad I mean)

I used to take 10 mg every Sunday because my workplace was making me sick. Doing this kept me from having chronic bronchitis and sinusitis. I never gained weight.
