For Insomnia "After trying several different sleeping aids, I ran across Compoz in K-Mart. I hadn't seen it anywhere else so I thought I would give it a try. I got a good nights sleep for the first time in quite a while. I still take it occasionally and still get that qood night of sleep. You can't take it every night for an extended period of time or it won't work as well, I can promise you that. "
